If you want easier to peel eggs don t use fresh eggs. The heat can be turned down once a boil has been reached.
Bring the water to a rolling boil not a simmer.
Never fail hard boiled eggs. Lower eggs gently into the boiling water using a. Fill a bowl with ice water. They peel easily even if very fresh i have three hens.

Again now that i ve found my secret to the perfect hard boiled eggs i do not monkey around. Take care not to let the water come to a rolling boil or the egg whites can be rubbery and tough. Once the water s boiling use a large slotted spoon to gently lower the eggs into the water.
I found an even easier absolutely no fail way to hard boil eggs.
