In a small bowl mix together the barbecue sauce brown sugar apple cider vinegar oregano worcestershire chili powder and salt. Use your hands to rub the sauce on to the ribs.
Cut the rack of ribs in half to fit into the crock pot.
Slow cooker barbecue ribs. Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 9 hours or until tender. Cut each rack of ribs in half and add to the slow cooker. Cook on low heat setting 8 to 9 hours or until tender.
Place your ribs on the bowl of a 6 qt slow cooker bowl pour the sauce all over to evenly coat and let the slow cooker do all the cooking for you. Place in a shallow baking pan. Cut into 4 inch pieces.

Remove inner skin from ribs. Layer ribs and onion in slow cooker. Once they are done transfer ribs to an oven tray baste with more sauce juices mixture and broil grill for 5 10 minutes until charred on the edges and bubbling.
Season ribs with salt and pepper. Pour the barbecue sauce mixture over the ribs. Pour cola over ribs.
Spray inside of 4 to 5 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Rub mixture into ribs. Gently transfer the ribs.
Mix brown sugar salt pepper liquid smoke and garlic. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat until tender about 4 hours. In a medium bowl mix together the ketchup chili sauce brown sugar vinegar oregano worcestershire sauce hot.
Spray the crock of the crock pot with cooking spray or use a liner for easy cleanup. Directions preheat oven to 400 degrees f 200 degrees c.
